A confer\u00eancia foi organizada para formar os futuros residentes de oftalmologia da Su\u00ed\u00e7a e \u00e9 uma reuni\u00e3o muito aguardada todos os anos. Este ano, a reuni\u00e3o teve lugar no Belv\u00e9d\u00e8re Strandhotel, em Spiez.<\/p>\n<p>O Prof. Hafezi fez a sua primeira apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o sobre o tema \"Conjuntiva e C\u00f3rnea\", explorando a mais recente forma, estrutura, fun\u00e7\u00e3o e biomec\u00e2nica da c\u00f3rnea. A sua sess\u00e3o sobre \"Cirurgia Refractiva Terap\u00eautica\" forneceu uma vis\u00e3o geral dos princ\u00edpios da PTK, PRK, LASIK e SMILE, e formas modernas de realizar a cirurgia refractiva para tratar o ceratocone e cicatrizes, para al\u00e9m da forma como s\u00e3o utilizadas para corrigir erros refractivos como parte da cirurgia laser ocular \"cosm\u00e9tica\", onde enfatizou tanto a seguran\u00e7a do paciente como a otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos resultados, e em certos pontos, aproveitando a oportunidade para o trabalho que o Instituto ELZA tem feito para fazer avan\u00e7ar o campo.<\/p>\n<p>As apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es de Kaweh Mansouri abrangeram tr\u00eas \u00e1reas importantes. A sess\u00e3o \"Din\u00e2mica do Humor Aquoso\" debru\u00e7ou-se sobre a fisiologia do humor aquoso, o seu papel na regula\u00e7\u00e3o da press\u00e3o intraocular e as implica\u00e7\u00f5es para o tratamento do glaucoma. A sua palestra sobre \"Perimetria\" centrou-se nos testes de campo visual, um componente cr\u00edtico no diagn\u00f3stico e tratamento do glaucoma. Esta ferramenta de diagn\u00f3stico n\u00e3o invasiva ajuda a avaliar o impacto funcional do glaucoma na vis\u00e3o. Por fim, a sua apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o sobre \"Glaucoma\" forneceu uma panor\u00e2mica abrangente desta doen\u00e7a complexa, discutindo as mais recentes abordagens diagn\u00f3sticas e
